How to eat fruits

EATING FRUITS We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting them up and popping them into our mouths. That's a good start, I mean choosing to eat fruit in the first place! So in order to get the most out of them, it is equally important to know the best way to eat fruit. IT IS IMPORTANT TO EAT FRUIT AT THE RIGHT TIME . Eating fruit on an empty stomack or well after meals, will play a major role in detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for your everyday life activities, including for specific weight loss physical exercise. You may have heard people complaining -" every time I eat watermelon I burp, and when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet" . Actually all this will not happen if fruit is eaten on an empty stomach. Otherewise the fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas hence the bloating effect!
