How to eat fruits

EATING FRUITS
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting them up and popping them into our mouths. That's a good start, I mean choosing to eat fruit in the first place! So in order to get the most out of them, it is equally important to know the best way to eat fruit.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO EAT FRUIT AT THE RIGHT TIME.
Eating fruit on an empty stomack or well after meals, will play a major role in detoxifying your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for your everyday life activities, including for specific weight loss physical exercise.

You may have heard people complaining -" every time I eat watermelon I burp, and when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet". Actually all this will not happen if fruit is eaten on an empty stomach. Otherewise the fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas hence the bloating effect!

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon, are acidic, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who conducted a research on this matter.This is because all fruits become alkaline in our body.

So it likes like than more than eating fruits, mastering the correct and simple way of eating them will duplicate their
positive effect on our health and general wellbeing.

Notes on fruit juice

If you are a fruit juice drinker, it is best to drink it slowly so that it mixes with ythe saliva before swallowing it. When drinking canned or juice in carton, check out the amount of (added) sugar in it. As a rule of thumb, it is best to dilute it to reduce the amount of added sugar per glass. This applies to all of us and particularly to chidren.

Notes on some fruits

KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
